A letter to the Minister of Education and the Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria

The Board of Directors of the institutes in Cultural and Historical Heritage and National Identity research areas, BAS, insists that urgent steps should be taken by the Ministry of Education and Science to address the issues of controlling the work of the National Centre for Information and Documentation (NACID) and particularly, to establish a commission of experts from all research areas to control the work of this Centre’s staff, as most of the standards under the Development of Academic Staff in the Republic of Bulgaria Act of 2018 are being applied unlawfully and/or automatically, for the benefit mostly of exact and natural sciences.
