The exhibition “Zlatan Dudov. A Bulgarian – a classic of German cinema” in Berlin

After Sofia, Tsaribrod, and Varna, the exhibition, realized by a team of the Screen Arts Sector led by Assoc. Prof. Alexander Donev, DSc, and arranged by Daniel Nechev, was opened at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Berlin. The opening was attended by representatives of the DEFA Foundation, the Film and Media Arts Archive of the Academy of Arts (Berlin), the German-Bulgarian Forum in Berlin, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Germany, German intellectuals, students, and Bulgarians living in Berlin. The exhibition is a part of the cultural program of the institute on the occasion of the 145th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Germany and is presented in parallel with the opening of the 74th Berlin International Film Festival on February 15 and the Bulgarian Film Week organized from February 29 to March 6. The exhibition can be seen in the gallery of the Bulgarian Cultural Institute until March 8, 2024.
