CALL FOR PUBLICATIONS IN THE ART STUDIES QUARTERLY JOURNAL, 2025, ISSUE 4

The editorial board of the Art Studies Quarterly journal invites established and young scientists to send their proposals for studies, articles, and reviews to be published in the 4th issue of the journal, scheduled to go out of print by December 15, 2025.
 
The focal point of the journal's current issue is Contemporary Receptions in Art: Image, Text, and Context. The field of scientific interest may include: the theory and history of imagery; the power of images in modern life; visual narrative and compositions. The process of influencing the audience regarding the reception of art in an environment of cultural turbulence can be traced.
 
The proposals need to be sent by 21 July 2025 (Monday).
They should include a brief synopsis of the article, study, or review in not more than 1000 characters, and a short author biography (up to 500 characters).
Completed studies should be in a volume of up to 45,000 characters, articles — up to 18,000 characters and reviews — between 8,000 and 12,000 characters. They should be received in the editorial office or by the lead editor by Monday, 15 September 2025.
