15th April: Announcing the central theme of the next year conference;

30th April: Sending personal invitation letters;

1st September: Deadline for submissions: title of the proposed paper; an abstract (up to 1,800 characters with spaces); a short biography; a letter of recommendation by a renowned scholar (when no personal invitation letter has been sent);

15th October: Authors will be notified by the Organising Committee of the outcome of the pre-selection process;

30th October: Preliminary conference programme;

30th October – 31st December: Applying for conference funding;

1st March: Final conference programme; notifying the participants of the conference programme and a possible covering of some of the costs of the foreign participants;

1st July: Submissions for publication of the conference proceedings following the guidelines;

1st October: Notifying the authors of the outcome of the double-blind peer review procedure;

1st December: Receiving a copy of the proofread and checked texts that have passed the three stages of the review process.
