Deadlines

15 April 2026: Announcing the central theme of the next year conference;
30 April 2026: Sending personal invitation letters;
1 September 2026: Deadline for submissions: title of the proposed paper; an abstract (up to 1,800 characters with spaces); a short biography; a letter of recommendation by a renowned scholar (when no personal invitation letter has been sent);
15 October 2026: Authors will be notified by the Organizing committee of the outcome of the pre-selection process;
30 October 2026: Preliminary conference program;
30 October  – 31 December 2026: Applying for conference funding;
1 March 2027: Final conference program; notifying the participants of the conference program and a possible covering of some of the costs of the foreign participants;
1 July 2027: Submissions for publication of the conference proceedings following the guidelines;
15 September 2027: Notifying the authors of the outcome of the double-blind peer review procedure.
